When you ignore or suppress them, they don’t disappear — they loop. They stay stored in the body, repeating the same patterns until they are felt and understood.
The obsession with staying in a constant “high vibration” is misleading. You don’t need to feel good all the time to create a meaningful, aligned life.
High-vibe spaces, specific diets, white aesthetic clothing — none of it matters if you’re disconnected from your body and your emotional world.
Emotions are biochemical responses. They don’t create your life.
They are signals — messages from your nervous system as it processes thousands of bits of information every second.
Your life is shaped through your subconscious.
You don’t attract what you deserve — you attract what you’ve learned to expect, tolerate, and accept.
You attract what feels familiar. What your nervous system believes is safe.
When you’ve experienced hurt or neglect, that unprocessed pain tends to mirror itself through people, places, and situations.
But when you sit with your pain — holding it with the same patience, compassion, and presence you would offer a child — your brain begins to rewire. The cycle loosens. Something new becomes possible.
Creation requires release. And release requires feeling.
So feel the sadness. Feel the anger. Feel the frustration.
The way out has always been through.
